Dangerous driving in the wrong direction under the 789 overpass on provincial road 390
Despite the prohibition sign, many people riding motorbikes from the overpass at the intersection of the Hanoi - Hai Phong railway, National Highway 5 and Provincial Road 390 in Hai Duong City (commonly known as the 789 overpass) still go down the one-way street.
Many people riding motorbikes and cars from the 789 overpass still turn right onto the one-way street to go to Phu Luong residential area, Nam Dong ward (Hai Duong city). There is a sign prohibiting U-turns P.124a but many people still deliberately violate it.

The reason is that if going the right way, the driver must go through the roundabout towards Thanh Ha town and then turn back for a longer distance.
The act of going the wrong way right under the overpass is very dangerous and needs to be dealt with seriously.
