Bridge collapsed in Hoa Binh at night
In the early morning of September 19, Ngoi Mong bridge (km 0+250) on provincial road 445, Ky Son ward to Hop Thanh commune (Hoa Binh city) sank and at 4 o'clock the bridge head collapsed.
According to the leader of the provincial road management unit, in the early morning of September 19, Ngoi Mong bridge (km 0+250) on provincial road 445, Ky Son ward to Hop Thanh commune (Hoa Binh city) sank and at 4:00 a.m. the bridge head collapsed; there were no casualties or property damage. The authorities have posted danger signs in this area.
Previously, due to the impact of heavy rain and floods, landslides and subsidence of the road surface on section km3+500, provincial road 445 in Ky Son ward (Hoa Binh city) damaged the road traffic infrastructure.
The Hoa Binh Department of Transport has announced a ban on all passenger vehicles on route km3+500, provincial road 445 until repairs are completed.
