Army Corps 12 (Bac Giang) supports Thanh Ha in reinforcing key dike points

Faced with the rising water level on the Thai Binh River, with the risk of landslides, overflows, and dike breaks, on the night of September 11, more than 300 officers and soldiers of the 12th Corps (Luc Ngan, Bac Giang) urgently arrived at 4 communes in Ha Dong area (Thanh Ha, Hai Duong) to support the reinforcement of vulnerable points.
