The road from the District Medical Center (Phu Thai town) to Kim Xuyen commune (Kim Thanh district, Hai Duong) is about 1 km long and has been completed for a long time but has not been installed with a lighting system, posing a potential risk of traffic accidents.
This area is sparsely populated, it is dark, and it is difficult for pedestrians to see; the road is beautiful and deserted, so at night many young people ride motorbikes at high speed, recklessly overtaking, which can easily lead to traffic accidents. Pedestrians exercising at night are also in danger.
