Emulation movement in the Red River Delta provinces is practical and effective.
On the morning of July 31, in Hai Duong City, the Emulation Cluster of the Red River Delta provinces held a conference to deploy tasks from now until the end of 2024.

Attending the conference were comrade Do Thuy Phuong, Deputy Head of the Central Emulation and Reward Committee and leaders of the People's Committees of the provinces: Quang Ninh, Thai Binh, Ha Nam, Nam Dinh, Hung Yen, Ninh Binh, Bac Ninh, Vinh Phuc.
Speaking at the opening of the conference, Comrade Nguyen Minh Hung, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that the emulation and reward work has been closely and effectively led, directed, and organized by the Party Committees, authorities, and organizations of Hai Duong province. Along with promoting patriotic emulation movements, the reward policy has always been of interest to Hai Duong province. He hoped that at the conference, units and localities would focus on discussing and evaluating the achieved results, and propose solutions suitable to the local situation and practice to more effectively implement the emulation and reward work.
Speaking at the conference, Comrade Do Thuy Phuong, Deputy Head of the Central Emulation and Reward Committee, highly appreciated the results that the provinces in the emulation cluster have achieved in the past time. At the same time, she requested the provinces in the cluster to study and advise the Provincial People's Committee on measures to further promote emulation and reward work. Since the beginning of the year, the provinces in the Red River Delta Competition Cluster have effectively implemented the emulation movements launched by the Central Government, and each locality has launched many emulation movements in line with reality. The economic growth rate (GRDP) of the provinces in the cluster has reached a positive level compared to the same period in 2023: Ha Nam increased by 10.35%; Hai Duong increased by 10%; Quang Ninh increased by 9.02%; Nam Dinh increased by 8.56%; Ninh Binh increased by 8.19%; Thai Binh increased by 7.96%; Hung Yen increased by 6.81%; Vinh Phuc increased by 6.26%; Bac Ninh increased by 2.32%.
Up to now, the entire cluster has 1,335 communes meeting new rural standards; 569 communes meeting advanced new rural standards; 147 communes meeting model new rural standards; 77 districts, towns and cities meeting new rural standards or completing the task of building new rural areas.
