Mert Muldur put Türkiye ahead in the 25th minute with a thunderous volley that sailed beyond the reach of Georgia goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili.
Georgia, who were making their first appearance at a major tournament, equalised in the 32nd minute. Georges Mikautadze latched onto Giorgi Kochorashvili's cross to beat goalkeeper Mert Gunok, who should have covered the near post better.
19-year-old Guler, after an impressive scoring streak for Real Madrid, shone in the 65th minute with a beautiful curling shot into the net to make it 2-1 for Türkiye.
Georgia pressed forward in search of an equalizer but in a chaotic situation when goalkeeper Mamardashvili went up to attack a corner, Kerem Akturkoglu took advantage of the opportunity to break free and score the final goal for Türkiye in injury time.
