Caught 4 elderly subjects in Hai Duong city using drugs at home
Among the four elderly people caught using drugs, Pham Van Tan, born in 1961, in Ngoc Chau ward (Hai Duong city) was prosecuted.

The Investigation Police Agency of Hai Duong City Police has just initiated a case, prosecuted the accused, and temporarily detained Pham Van Tan, born in 1961, in Ngoc Chau Ward (Hai Duong City) for 4 months for the crime of organizing the illegal use and trafficking of drugs.
Previously, at around 9:50 p.m. on June 2, at Pham Van Tan's house on Ho Xuan Huong Street, Ngoc Chau Ward, the Drug Crime Investigation Police Team of Hai Duong City Police coordinated with Ngoc Chau Ward Police to catch Tan red-handed preparing a location, tools and drugs to use with 3 other subjects in Hai Duong City.
The subjects who used drugs with Tan include: Pham Van Cu, born in 1953, in zone 17, Ngoc Chau ward; Pham Van Tien, born in 1964, in Tam Giang street, Tran Hung Dao ward and Pham Nhan Nghia, born in 1954, in Le Hong Phong street, Nguyen Trai ward.
At the scene, the police seized a set of tools for using crystal meth and a plastic bag containing crystal meth. In addition, Tan voluntarily handed over to the police 7 bags of crystal meth and 20 white plastic bags for his own use and to sell for profit.
Tan has 2 previous convictions for robbery, 1 previous conviction for theft and 1 previous conviction for illegal possession of drugs.
After completing the file, the Investigation Police Agency initiated a case and prosecuted Pham Van Tan for two crimes: organizing illegal use of drugs and illegal drug trafficking, and continued to expand the investigation.
The remaining 3 subjects were administratively punished.
