Conditions for exemption from foreign language exam when considering recognition of high school graduation

According to Circular No. 02/2024/TT-BGDDT dated March 6, 2024 amending and supplementing a number of articles of the current high school graduation exam regulations, candidates are exempted from the foreign language exam when considering recognition of high school graduation if they have one of the following certificates:
