Need more support mechanisms for forces participating in site clearance

At the 19th Conference of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, discussing in group 1, comrade Le Anh Dung, Provincial Party Committee member, District Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Kim Thanh District People's Council raised a number of difficulties and proposed to soon have a mechanism to support the forces participating in site clearance.
