Hai Duong opens the contest for excellent preschool teachers
On the morning of April 8, at Nam Sach Town Kindergarten, the Department of Education and Training opened the "Excellent Teacher" contest for preschool level in Hai Duong province for the 2023-2024 school year.
36 preschool teachers were selected from school and district level competitions in the province to participate in the competition.
After the opening ceremony, the contestants presented on measures to improve the quality of child care, nurturing and education. In this part of the contest, many teachers had prepared carefully, presenting their presentations with vivid images and sounds with specific examples and touching stories from life related to child care and protection.
On April 11, the candidates will take a practical exam on organizing educational activities for children at Nam Sach Town Kindergarten and Dong Lac Commune Kindergarten (both in Nam Sach District) according to specific topics determined by the organizing committee. Candidates will choose the topics by drawing lots 2 days before the exam, and will not be allowed to teach a trial lesson before the exam.
This year, Nam Sach district was chosen as the venue for the contest because it has good educational facilities, meets the requirements for the number of classes and children for the contest, and has a central location convenient for contestants to travel to. Nam Sach Town Kindergarten and Dong Lac Commune Kindergarten are two typical schools of child-centered educational environments in Hai Duong province.
