For nearly a month, at the National Military Training Center 4, Dong Tam Commune, My Duc (Hanoi), forces have been urgently practicing to prepare for the parade to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory (April 5, 1954 - April 5, 2024).

The joint training session at the National Military Training Center 4 on March 23 had the participation of over 3,500 soldiers.
