Speed up the auction of recovered land in Hai Duong
The Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee has directed and requested the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Department of Finance and a number of related localities to speed up the auction of recovered land in the province.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to urgently advise on the auction of land use rights and assets on land at land plot No. 167 Bach Dang (Hai Duong City). Proactively prepare necessary conditions to promptly advise the Provincial People's Committee on the auction plan for the recovered land plots of the following companies: Hai Duong Clean Water Business JSC in Ninh Giang town; Vinafood I Hai Duong JSC in Tan Truong commune and Cam Giang town (Cam Giang); International Food LLC in Thanh Binh ward and Road 240 JSC in An Thuong commune; Hai Duong Import Export JSC at No. 19 Tran Hung Dao street, Tran Hung Dao ward (both in Hai Duong City); Xuan Loc One Member LLC in Phu Thu ward, Hai Duong Mineral Exploitation and Processing JSC in Minh Tan ward (both in Kinh Mon); Vicem Hoang Thach Cement One Member LLC in Phu Thai town (Kim Thanh) and Tan Dan ward (Kinh Mon) when the problems have been resolved.
The Department of Natural Resources and Environment synthesizes and reviews proposals from district-level People's Committees that have a need to use land that is not eligible for auction in the province to advise the Provincial People's Committee to consider and decide to transfer that land fund to the district-level People's Committee for management and exploitation (if any).
Request the Department of Finance to continue to preside over advising on determining the remaining value of assets attached to land that must be returned for the 3 land lots recovered from Vinafood I Hai Duong Joint Stock Company in Cam Giang district and Kinh Mon town. Be proactive in advising and determining the starting price for auctioning land use rights and assets on land (if any) for land lots with a value of less than 20 billion VND according to the land price list of the Provincial People's Committee.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities: Hai Duong, Chi Linh, Kinh Mon, Ninh Giang, Gia Loc, Cam Giang, Kim Thanh, Nam Sach to review and adjust planning, land use plans, construction plans to ensure consistency and unity to soon implement auctions of land plots in the area. Review and thoroughly resolve existing problems within the scope of functions and tasks to soon have clean land for auctions...
Currently, the Land Fund Development Center (Department of Natural Resources and Environment) is managing 26 non-agricultural land plots, of which 7 plots are implementing works to serve land use rights auctions, 13 plots can be auctioned but are still stuck, and 6 plots are not eligible for auction consultation.
