Global Green Seed Company supports Thanh Mien with more than 5,000 trees to implement Tet tree planting
On February 3, a representative of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Thanh Mien district (Hai Duong) said that the unit had received 5,195 trees supported by Global Green Seeding Company Limited (Binh Duong) for the district to organize the Tet tree planting festival.
This year, Thanh Mien district launched the movement "Tet tree planting to forever remember Uncle Ho" from February 19 to March 19. Chi Lang Nam and Le Hong communes and the District Military Command are the units organizing the Tet tree planting in the district. Thanh Mien will plant 60,000 trees of all kinds, equal to the same period last year. Of which, there are 35,000 fruit trees; 25,000 trees for timber, shade, and landscape. Global Green Sowing Company Limited supports Thanh Mien district with 2,560 star apple trees, 1,365 cow's hoof trees, and 1,270 pink cocoon trees to plant on traffic routes, office premises, schools, cultural houses, historical sites, temples, pagodas, etc.
Thanh Mien District has distributed all of these trees to communes, towns and local agencies and units to prepare for the Tet tree planting festival.
