The People's Committee of Hai Duong province held a conference to announce the decision on personnel work at the Department of Industry and Trade. According to Decision No. 2779/QD-UBND dated November 30, 2023 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Comrade Mac The Phuong, Head of the Department of Industrial Management (Department of Industry and Trade) was appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, for a term of 5 years, starting from December 1, 2023.

Comrade Mac The Phuong (born in 1975, in Dong Lac commune, Nam Sach) has a master's degree in economic management; advanced political theory. He used to be an expert of the Nam Sach District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee; an expert of the Trade Management Department (Department of Industry and Trade); Deputy Head of the Trade Management Department; Head of the Industrial Management Department.
