Of the 41 residential and urban projects in Hai Duong City, 11 projects have had their technical infrastructure accepted.
According to the People's Committee of Hai Duong City, by September, there were 11 residential and urban projects in the city that had technical infrastructure acceptance.
There are 6 projects that have been handed over to the City People's Committee for management: the new urban area in the east; May I residential area; residential, commercial and handicraft area in Thach Khoi ward; Hai Duong city's eco-tourism service area (phase I); residential, service and commercial area north of Nguyen Luong Bang street; and residential area in Nhi Chau ward.
5 projects have been approved for acceptance, Hai Duong City People's Committee is organizing the reception and management of use. They are Tan Phu Hung residential and urban area (phase I); Thai Binh riverside ecological urban area (Ecorivers); Tu Minh ward new residential area (Hai Duong City) and Lai Cach town (Cam Giang); urban residential cluster next to Au Co ecological area; commercial housing area at Hai Duong railway station.
In addition, Hai Duong City has 13 residential and urban projects that have been basically completed, 6 projects are under construction and 11 projects have not yet started.
