Quang Ninh students win gold medals and special prizes at the Korean International Science Olympiad

Hon Gai High School Team Participates in the 2023 Korea International Science Olympiad (KiYO 4I)
The 2023 Korea International Science Olympiad will take place from August 7 to 9 in Seoul (Korea), with the participation of 192 teams from 10 countries around the world.
The team of Hon Gai High School has 5 students: Nguyen Phuong Anh (11A7), Vu Chi Doanh (11A7), Dang Thanh Binh (11A7), Vu Trung Dung (11A7) and Do Nhu Minh Khoi (12A7) participating in the topic "Application of nanotechnology to create ZnO particles to remove CO gas in mines".
With the scientific significance of the topic, the team of Hon Gai High School excellently won the gold medal and the Special Prize from the Director of the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology.
The Korea International Science Olympiad is organized by the World Association of Women Inventors and Entrepreneurs, sponsored by many scientific organizations in the world such as: World Intellectual Property Organization, Eurasian Patent Organization, International Federation of Inventors' Associations, Seoul National University...
The competition takes place annually to encourage the young generation to constantly create, explore and discover, thereby developing talents in science and technology.
