Industrial parks attract 23 more FDI projects

Since the beginning of the year, industrial parks in Hai Duong province have attracted 193.6 million USD in foreign direct investment (FDI), reaching 96.8% of the yearly plan.

Leaders of the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board awarded the investment certificate to investor Twins Gallery Co., Ltd.

Of which, there were 23 new FDI projects with a total investment capital of 143.13 million USD; 13 FDI projects adjusted capital with a total increase of 50.46 million USD. In addition, domestic investment capital attraction reached 2,792.5 billion VND, exceeding the annual plan by 18.6 times. The reason for the increase in domestic investment capital attraction was due to the two projects of Tan Truong Industrial Park expansion and Dai An Industrial Park expansion adjusting investment capital to supplement resources for infrastructure construction.

Currently, industrial parks in the province have attracted 324 secondary investment projects, including 256 FDI projects and 68 domestic projects with a total investment capital of about 5.5 billion USD. The average occupancy rate of industrial parks is about 80% of the handed over industrial land area.
