Improving the effectiveness of intergenerational self-help clubs is the main goal of the two-day training course on May 30 and 31 organized by the Hai Duong Provincial Elderly Association Representative Board.

The Hai Duong Provincial Elderly Association's Representative Board provides detailed instructions on the operation of the intergenerational self-help club model.

This training course aims to provide detailed instructions on activities for 15 intergenerational self-help clubs that have been established since the beginning of the year. Each club has 7 representative members attending. The training content mainly focuses on activities to help each other increase income; volunteering for home health care; self-help and community support; developing forms of cultural, artistic and sports activities; raising awareness of the rights and benefits of the elderly...

Intergenerational self-help clubs are the most suitable, practical and effective model for the elderly. Improving the effectiveness of these clubs will promote the emulation movement "Old age - Bright example", contributing positively to promoting the role of the elderly in socio-economic development.
