[Graphics] Hai Duong reduces nearly 3,700 billion VND of 21 newly started projects

On the afternoon of May 9, at the 14th Session, the 17th Hai Duong Provincial People's Council passed a resolution on allocating and adjusting the 5-year local budget public investment plan for 2021-2025 and allocating the 3rd capital plan for 2023 (provincial budget capital).
