Nam Sach district leaders inspect the demolition of illegal constructions of Mr. Lang's family.
On the afternoon of October 1, according to the leader of Thai Tan commune (Nam Sach), the commune has completed the demolition of all illegal constructions on the converted land of Mr. Pham Van Lang's family, in Tan Thang village.
Previously, from March 2021, Mr. Lang's family started building a house on the converted land with an area of 106 square meters.
Upon discovering the above violation, the People's Committee of Thai Tan commune drew up a record 5 times, imposed administrative fines twice and requested the demolition of the violating construction, but Mr. Lang's family still deliberately refused to comply.
From July 2014 to present, Thai Tan commune has 25 households in the conversion category violating land regulations. Of these, 13 households built caretaker houses on illegally converted land.
Among these, Mr. Lang's household had to be demolished because it was still deliberately under construction. Thai Tan Commune continues to handle violations according to regulations.
