Youth union members help people harvest lychee

This is one of the activities within the "Green Summer" volunteer campaign in 2022 launched by Thanh Ha District Youth Union.

On the morning of June 16, the Youth Union members helped harvest nearly 500 kg of lychee. The commune Youth Union purchased this lychee at a guaranteed price to sell at the 2022 Red River Delta Agricultural and Regional Specialty Fair held in Hanoi.

In this year’s lychee crop, Thanh Xa Commune Youth Union will continue to mobilize human resources to support farmers in harvesting and selling lychees. After deducting expenses, all profits from lychee sales will be used by the Commune Youth Union to organize summer activities, Mid-Autumn Festival for youth and give gifts to those in particularly difficult circumstances in the commune.
