According to the Department of Information and Communications, from October 28, 2021 to March 6, Hai Duong had 128,578 production and business households putting products on e-commerce platforms, ranking 19th nationwide.

Of these, 1,077 products were sold on e-commerce platforms with 35,578 transactions. Putting products on e-commerce platforms has helped households expand their consumption markets.

The Department of Information and Communications has proactively coordinated to support 162,505 households in creating accounts and booths on e-commerce platforms; applying and transferring management software and modern production lines into production and business.
