Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee has approved starting prices for organizing land auctions in many residential areas and residential areas in the province.

The Provincial People's Committee has just approved the starting price to organize the auction of land use rights for people to build houses at the planned locations of 5 residential areas (KDC) and residential points (DDC) in Hai Duong city and the districts of Gia Loc, Cam Giang and Thanh Mien.

At the planned location of the Commercial Service Urban Area in Zone 6, Tan Binh Ward (Hai Duong City), the Provincial People's Committee approved 4 starting prices for the first auction for 12 land lots. Of which, 2 lots have a starting price of 34 million VND/m2, 3 lots of 32 million VND/m2, 6 lots of 28 million VND/m2 and 1 lot of 20 million VND/m2. At the planned location of the Le Trong Tan Street Urban Area in Zone 7 (Tan Binh Ward), the Provincial People's Committee approved 1 starting price for the second auction for 1 land lot of 26 million VND/m2.

At new land plot No. 1, An Tan village, Gia Tan commune (Gia Loc), the Provincial People's Committee approved 2 starting prices for the first auction for 5 land lots, of which 2 land lots have a starting price of 33 million VND/m2 and 3 land lots have a starting price of 18 million VND/m2.

At Land plot No. 2, La A village, Cam Giang town (Cam Giang), the Provincial People's Committee approved 4 starting prices for auctioning 76 land lots; of which 3 lots have a starting price of 15 million VND/m2, 6 lots 13 million VND/m2, 25 lots 12 million VND/m2 and 42 lots 10 million VND/m2.

At the project of the residential area of ​​the Temple of Debt, Doan Tung commune (Thanh Mien), the Provincial People's Committee approved 2 starting prices for the auction of 126 land lots. Of which, 15 lots have a starting price of 17 million VND/m2 and 111 lots have a starting price of 15 million VND/m2. The above starting prices include the cost of investing in building technical infrastructure according to the approved project; excluding registration fees and fees for granting land use right certificates. This is the starting price for organizing land use right auctions according to regulations.
