On the afternoon of June 28, at the hall of the People's Committee of Ung Hoe commune (Ninh Giang), the Farmers' Association of Hai Duong province launched the Club "Farmers participating in receiving citizens, resolving complaints and denunciations of farmers associated with implementing democracy at the grassroots level and participating in social supervision and criticism".
