Resolution 42 'version 2.0' was upgraded to a higher level after amending and supplementing the Law on Credit Institutions in the direction of empowering banks in seizing, handling bad debts, and foreclosing secured assets.

The Ministry of Education and Training proposes to move universal preschool education for 3-5 year olds from pilot to mass.

A representative of the Ministry of Education and Training said that the move to universalize education for children aged 3-5 from a pilot program in 14 provinces and cities to a mass program aims to create a legal corridor to implement Resolution 42 of the Party Central Committee.
