Speaking at the discussion session of the 23rd session of the 17th Hai Duong Provincial People's Council on the afternoon of July 11, Director of the Department of Health Tran Quang Canh said that Hai Duong currently has a suspected case of diphtheria. The provincial health sector has implemented epidemic prevention measures. By the evening of the same day, Mr. Canh said that the suspected case had tested negative.
