Land encroachment fined up to 200 million VND

According to new regulations, acts of encroaching or occupying land managed by state agencies or organizations will be fined up to 200 million VND.

Selling land without a red book is subject to a heavy fine of up to 100 million VND

Decree 123/2024/ND-CP, effective from October 4, 2024, stipulates penalties for administrative violations in the land sector such as late transfer of ownership, self-correction of information on land use right certificates (red books).
Land encroachment can be fined up to 1 billion VND

Encroachment or occupation of land within the administrative boundaries of wards and towns will be subject to a maximum fine of VND500 million for individuals and VND1 billion for organizations.
