Soon there will be instructions to reissue free 'red books' for cases of land donation
On the afternoon of December 9, speaking at the discussion group at the 28th session of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the Cam Giang District People's Council Doan Dinh Tuyen proposed to soon guide the measurement and re-issuance of 'red books' for households donating land according to the resolution of the Provincial People's Council.
Hai Duong supports the issuance and exchange of "red books" for 18,000 cases of land donation for road construction and public works.
At the 23rd Session, the 17th Hai Duong Provincial People's Council passed a Resolution on the policy of supporting funding for surveying, adjusting and reissuing land use right certificates (red books) for organizations and individuals who donate land for roads or public works but have not yet been adjusted or reissued.
About 18,000 cases in Hai Duong are supported to reissue "red books"
On July 12, the 23rd session of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council passed a resolution on the policy of supporting land donors to reissue land use right certificates free of charge. About 18,000 cases in Hai Duong will be supported.
Hai Duong's plan to fully support land donors to reissue "red books" is the right policy.
Speaking at the discussion group at the 23rd session of the 17th Hai Duong Provincial People's Council on the afternoon of July 11, delegate Vuong Thi Huyen, Vice Chairwoman of the Cam Giang District People's Council, assessed that the plan to fully support funding for land donors to reissue "red books" is the right and accurate policy.
Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang requested to soon issue a policy to support people who donate land to re-issue "red books".
