The infrastructure investment project of Hung Phu Industrial Park (Thai Binh) must have a construction design plan that does not affect dike safety.

The project is being implemented in Nam Hung commune, Tien Hai district, Thai Binh province with a total investment capital of VND 1,939.641 billion, of which the investor's capital contribution is VND 300 billion. The government requires this project to have a construction design plan that does not affect the safety of the dike.
