Hai Duong veterans donate more than 10,000 m2 to build roads

Veterans and ex-soldiers from Hai Duong donated thousands of square meters of land, dismantled surrounding walls, and contributed labor and money to build rural roads.
People of Hong Lac commune (Thanh Ha) contributed more than 3.7 billion VND to expand the road.

In 2024, the people of Hong Lac commune (Thanh Ha, Hai Duong) contributed hundreds of square meters of land and more than 3.7 billion VND to expand village and hamlet roads.
