On the morning of July 4, at the 20th meeting of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, discussing in group 1, comrade Dang Xuan Thuong, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of Gia Loc District Party Committee (Hai Duong) proposed to allow the maximum number of members of the Standing Committee of the district-level Party Committee to be 13 people.
